Subsales Banner Order

A subsale banner is a sign placed outside a property being sold on the secondary market. To request for a subsale banner, agents must have an active REN tag number. 

Please fill in the required information, select the banner type, quality and quantity. Do note that some sizes require a minimum order of 5 pieces. The printing process takes approximately 14-21 working days.

Please note that banners must be collected within three (3) months from the date the “Ready for Collection” email notification is sent. Items not claimed within this period will be considered abandoned and securely disposed of.

A sample banner will be provided for review before payment. Please make sure all the details are correct as no amendments are allowed after payment has been made.

Note:
 – Agents are not allowed to print the banner with their own designs.

The name MUST match the name that is registered with the real estate board. A very near likeness is sometimes allowed.
The contact number must be the same as the registered number with the real estate board.
Choose your license type from dropdown: REN, PEA or REA.
Make sure you input YOUR license number correctly.
Choose your banner type: FOR SALE/FOR RENT, FOR SALE or FOR RENT.
The most common banner size requested for residential property is 3x2, whilst for commercial, it is 5x3.
300gsm (Standard) - Colour lasts approx 3 months. 380gsm (premium) - Colour lasts approx over 6 months
Please select a quantity between 1 and 20. Some items allow quantities of only 5, 10, 15 and 20. Please choose size and quality before selecting the quantity.
